Shipping Policy

Due to COVID-19 shipping times may possibly take between 7 to 14 days longer than usual, we appreciate your patience greatly!

 

It typically takes 7 to 9 business days for orders to get to our domestic customers. International delivery times vary due to customs. As soon as your item is hand packaged we will ship out to you and send you a link to track your package through either email or text message. 

The cost of shipping is $10 to the 48 contiguous states, 15 to Hawaii and Alaska. For a limited time we are offering a promotional shipping rate of $25 to Canada and $30 to everywhere else. International delivery times vary and international customers are responsible for any additional taxes once shipped. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be no less than 100% satisfied with your purchase, if you are not you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one be it similar or not.

 

You can return the product for up to 30 days from when the date you purchased it, not received it. Any product your return must be the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Unfortunately if you buy an in-store product it must only be returned to the in-store location which it was purchased. This also applies to purchases made on Amazon, it must be returned through that company.
